• Screening CVs, shortlisting, circulating and following up with relevant managers.
• Conduct initial interviews with perspective candidates and arrange interviews.
• Keep records related to all recruitment activities.
• Familiar with Documentation of recruitment for (India, Pakistan, Philippines, Egypt, etc.).
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies globally to ensure visa stamping and arrival of the employees within stipulated time.
• Prepare Job offers, contracts and promotions.
