Purchasing or contracting supplies, services, and equipment based on the company’s current budget and ensure all purchases are done within budget limits set by the company.  Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.  Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.  Process Government payment related to employee  Prepare PO and Invoices, and keep all document for encoding and filling.  Handling all bank transactions such as Account Receivables and Account Payables.  Reply to all emails and inquiry.  Sell some real estate projects to prospect clients.
