Contract Coordinator/Security Manager EU Delegation Mission Brazil (EEAS -572-DELBRAB-SER-FWC)
Key Tasks:
Coordinate the contract between GEOS and the Union European Delegation (EEAS)
Managing the Subcontractor Security Company Service (Security Guard)
Provide the daily report and incident report to GEOS, the RSO and the HoA of UE Delegation.
Provide the month report of security activities including incident and possible threats detected.
Review the security guards shift ensuring the compliance and the security Policies of the UE Delegation.
Provide the refresh and periodic training to the security personnel.
Provide the daily weekly, month and incident report of the alarm system of the UE Headquarter and the Expatriate Residences
Provide the audit and monitoring KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) of the services.
