- Works with program faculty on grant proposal development and management
Manages the Tutoring Center and all the tutors
- Manages, analyzes, and reports student, faculty, and program data for external and internal associations.
- Working on project management of accreditation.
- Conducting training courses, for professional development and non-technical skills training.
- Assists in conducting needs assessments to ensure training needs are met.
- Oversees and implements project management of accreditation and compliance processes for all academic programs
- Meet with prospective school student during their official visits to campus when needed
- Advising and be available for students who need tutoring.
- Prepare lesson material.
- Present subject matter to students using lectures, discussions, or supervised role-playing methods.
- Supervising tutors in assisting students individually or in small groups in order to help them master assignments and to reinforce learning concepts presented by instructors.
- Enforce administration policies and rules governing students.
- Conduct workshops and tranings.
- Observe students' performance, and record relevant data to assess progress.
- Tracked and analyzed training programs by examining performance. Recommended changes to training programs and/or solutions to known problems.
- Maintain Tutoring sessions attendance records.
- Attend staff meetings, and serve on committees as required.
- Use computers, audiovisual aids, and other equipment and material to supplement presentations.
- Mentor the peer Tutor program. Serve as mentors to the recruited peer Tutors
- Promote the importance of Tutoring at GUST
- Support in other related One Stop Student Services Center requirements and development.
- Serve on university committees for student enhancment and developemnt.
- Promote a learning and development culture within the scope of responsibilities.
- Report daily on development of the Tutoring Center.
Engaged with procedures which are specifically performed to select potential students for the university.
•Process incoming applications for all degree programs, checking qualifications, the validity of decisions and authenticity of results.
•Handle all enquiries in a courteous and helpful way.
•Assist with the monitoring and updating of all information relating to admissions.
•Attend and minute meetings.
•Evaluates the potential of the student on the basis of his academic performance.
•Making sure that all details regarding student's background is properly maintained in the form of report files or database system.
•Ensures that all activities are performed as per the guidelines and policies set by the educational organization.
- Communicating effectively with Cisco partners and customers regarding customer service inquiries.
- Educating and assisting customers and partners with (but not limited to) licensing, orders, processes, policies.
- Collaborating with the appropriate department to address any inquiry that requires additional information.
- Escalating high priority inquiries to the supervisors/managers to ensure they are resolved immediately.
- Ensuring all inquiries are addressed within the department
My responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Providing support for Microsoft Partners, learning Programs and Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs)
Supporting MS customers in the Middle East and Africa via e-mail with answers to their inquiries
Responsible for the Leaves of all the Microsoft MEA (Middle East and Africa) Account as an additional task
Making outbound calls as an additional task.
Training and supervising other support staff on system usage and customer relations.
My responsibilities include:
- Activating Microsoft Products (Windows, Office)
- Providing product keys for Microsoft Products
- Supporting Terminal Servers.
- Checking the Agents Monitoring Tool for preparing the KPIs records.
