Project Name: Career Guidance Campaign - Targeted age Group: Y8
The skills Building Program (SBP) targets students in grades 7 to 11 in Jordan’s public, UNRWA, and military schools: Career Guidance program allows students are informed of the needed current professions in the society; Training students on new unconventional professions emerging; Further to that, the program is designed to introduce the students to the field science.

Empower children from affected communities through an integrated grassroots approach that promotes equitable, rights-based sustainable human development.
Giving assistance to Syrian/Non Syrian refugees and asylum seekers with specific needs and mobilizing communities (refugees and host) towards higher social cohesion; Advocate building capacity, policies, and programs that address the needs of affected children; Implement new programs in child protection, child rights, and education; Initiate protection projects to promote and protect the well-being of affected children; Carry out awareness and child protection training sessions to enhance civil society awareness.

Advise on best practices for building capacity of public schools in Amman; Develop opportunities for public schools to share in the global community of learners to utilize diverse approaches in applying advanced skills and creativity; Advise on development of public schools through open-ended academic challenge in STEM fields, fine arts and service learning; Support Syrian refugee students through hands-on system of learning focusing on fostering creativity, courage, and curiosity.
Developed the entire curriculum for the Middle Years Program incorporating the use technology. Established and communicated clear objectives for all lessons, units and projects for both students and parents. Built and maintained positive relationships with students and staffs fostering an environment of open communication and support; Offered basic counselling to students, who showed signs of behavior and academic struggles.
