building APIs, deploy and configure the server, test and maintain the project
Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot core business applications including application servers, associated hardware, endpoint and databases as necessary
Update IT security updates and patches
Manage the set-up and configuration of company systems; provide user training, support, and feedback
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements during the installation and deployment of the system
Act as the system focal person to provide technical and systems design expertise on system modules, as well as interface with the other solutions used in the project
Keep database up to date, manage database security /integrity, backup procedures, implementing strict security measures and archiving data.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarms.
Support the team to assess, identify and set up all necessary online monitoring tools and dashboards to produce reports needed
-building back-end for an appointment phone application using laravel framework, manage and deploy the API on the server
-Writes and develops programs to interface with existing systems
-Prepares, updates, and maintains system documentation and related technical/procedural manuals.
-Participates in preparing user requirements and other technical specifications for the implementation of the team’s work and processes, particularly programming, configuration, workflow, and process integration
- Undertakes complex systems analysis of well-defined modules within the system, develops enhancements and new features to existing systems; may design and implement small, stand-alone systems as needed (e.g. to meet individual user requirements).
