•Responsible for overall strategy and management of Public Safety and Emergency Operations Planning for New York University Abu Dhabi (NYUAD).

U.S. Department of State - Diplomatic Security Service
Responsible for the physical security of all U.S. Government facilities in Dubai, the protective security operations for the U.S. Ambassador to the UAE, and the Consul General, Dubai, while in the five northern Emirates, and the safety and security of approximately 114 U.S. diplomats.
•Manage all security programs including the U.S. Marine Security Guard Detachment, Local Guard Force, Physical Security, Surveillance Detection, Residential Security, and liaison with Dubai and UAE authorities.
Awarded second U.S. Department of State Individual Superior Honor Award.
•Implemented a 4.5-million-dollar physical security upgrade project.
•Responsible for the physical security of all U.S. Government facilities in Lahore, the protective security operations for the U.S. Ambassador to Pakistan and the Consul General, Lahore, while in the Punjab Province, and the safety and security of approximately 30 U.S. diplomats.
•Manage all security programs including the Local Guard Force, Surveillance Detection, Residential Security, and liaison with Lahore and Pakistan authorities.
Responsible for 2.7-million-dollar security program including Ambassador protective service, Residential Security, Facility Protection, Local Guard Force, and Surveillance Detection.
•Coordinated protective security for former President Bill Clinton during annual visits to Vienna.

•Hand-selected after Blackwater shooting incident at Nissoor Square to implement and manage new use-of-force oversight program for all U.S. Department of State security contractors operating throughout Iraq.
•Reduced the number of deadly force incidents from approximately 90 identified cases in 2007 to just 1 in 2008, and 1 in 2009, neither of which resulted in injury or death.
U.S. Consulate, Tijuana, Mexico
•Responsible for law enforcement liaison with Mexican federal, state, and local authorities for Baja California, Nogales, and Nuevo Laredo. Fugitive apprehension efforts resulted in the arrest of more than 15 individuals wanted in the United States for murder, rape, and other felony charges.
•Responsible for personal protection of the Consul General, Tijuana, and physical security of all U.S. facilities in three border cities of Mexico: Tijuana, Nogales, and Nuevo Laredo.
