• Follow up the objectives achievement of the team and ensures compliance with time frames.
• Discuss manpower plans and recruitment process with Department heads in order to set semester plans & recruitment budget and takes the approval of the Human Resources Manager with the recruitment team to fulfill the required manpower using external channels or internal posting.
• Deal with various recruitment channels such as newspapers, Universities, recruitment agencies and online recruitment agencies.
• Develop a pool of qualified potential candidates on various job posts for supervisory positions.
• Interviews the potential candidates and passing most fit ones to the technical interview.
• Prepare and Send Job offers to candidates according to the company’s salary and grading structure.
• Conduct exit interviews for resigned employees, analyzes the results and suggests corrective actions accordingly.
• Appoint replacements for resigned employees.
• Assist in the development of the job descriptions by sending Job analysis questionnaire to job holders and department heads, sit for one to one interview, compiles the data and ensures all requested information is completed.
• Ensure employees satisfaction by conducting employees’ satisfaction surveys, Market salary surveys and compensation and benefits surveys, handling employees’ inquires and replying their requests.
• Update Organization charts.
• Conduct along with HR Team, employee orientation program.
• Ensure the implementation of performance management system through reviewing samples from the objective score cards and ensuring their alignment with the company strategic direction
• Review Annual Performance Appraisal results and develop statistical findings and reports
