ensuring they meet all regulatory and client requirements. My duties extend
to pricing, where I meticulously estimate project costs and prepare
competitive bids. Quantity surveying is a critical aspect of my role, involving
the detailed assessment of material and labor needs to ensure accuracy in
budgeting. Site supervision is another key responsibility, where I oversee the
implementation of fire protection systems, ensuring quality control and
compliance with design specifications. This role requires a blend of
technical knowledge, precision in planning, and strong coordination skills to
manage project timelines and deliver successful outcomes.
