Sales engineer for the commercial department
1. Leading the technical & commercial team to achieve deliverables to all projects under the supply scope of the company.
2. Studying HVAC project specifications for Air Movement and Air Treatment Equipment.
3. Providing quotations to the clients.
4. Preparing submittals and compliance statements.
5. Technical and commercial meetings with owners, clients & consulting offices.
6. Solving technical deviations between the specifications and proposed items.
7. Close follow up on existing projects and projects under tendering.
8. Providing strategies and coordination of technical and commercial plans with represented manufacturers like Woods Air Movement (Ventilation Fans) & FläktGroup (AHUs, HRU& ERUs).
9. Building up relations with existing and new MEP equipment manufacturers and contractors.
10. Providing the yearly budget, cash flow and expected sales based on market studies, shares and analysis.
11. Responsible for building up new teams and departments based on management vision and forecast.
