Respond to customer tickets promptly, diagnose network-related issues, and maintain effective communication. Plan and execute server maintenance activities, including patches and updates. And Swiftly address critical network issues to minimize downtime. Utilize tools for various tests to validate URL and web service functionality and security. Monitor alerts using Operations Bridge Manager to respond to server alerts and prioritize critical ones. Identify and resolve connectivity problems, latency issues, and other network-related issues. Collaborate with other IT teams, such as systems administrators and security experts, to address cross-functional issues. Participate in audits and assessments related to network security and compliance. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updating firmware and software patches. Ensure network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls, are in good working condition. Document network procedures and best practices for troubleshooting and maintenance. Report unresolved problems and provide comprehensive information for further investigation. Follow-up Confirm system functionality after issue resolution for customer satisfaction. Feedback reporting Share customer feedback and improvement requests with relevant teams.
