- Responsible for the construction of 7 packages at a world-class integrated community (residential & Retail) Project, the project area under development is around 3.8 Million Square meter. My duties are related to villas, Apartments buildings and office buildings construction in addition to plot fences and infrastructure works.
- General Responsibilities includes:
- Managing the construction packages from the commencement date till handing over date
- Directing consultants and contractors as well as dealing with the client.
- Leading weekly progress, design meetings and coordination meetings to solve any conflicts.
- Monitoring and controlling the site and ensure the safety and the quality on site
- Responsible for the handing over process.
- Involved in studying the claims, variation orders and applying the contract.
- Involved in solving the design problems which were raised during the construction phase.
- Participate in preparing progress reports or logs to the client.
- Responsible for the close out of the package and handing over.
CAIRO METRO LINE 3 PHASE 1(ABBASIA-ATTABA)
Construction manager for ELGEISH STATION
The project includes wide range of concrete slabs and rafts, diaphragm walls, soil injection, dewatering, tunnel boring, plumbing, water tank, reinstatement and finishing. Responsible for all construction activities in the station, main responsibilities include:
- Managing and controlling the site
- Ensure that the work is performed under the required quality, safety and in the required time.
- Participate in weekly progress meetings.
- Prepare reports to the client.
UPTOWN CAIRO PROJECT
CIVIL SUPERINTENDENT
The project includes the construction of 1107 villas, townhouses and penthouses, 2741 apartments, urban village, retail and offices, 18 holes golf course, roads, infrastructure works and landscape.
Responsible for the site grading and infrastructure packages, main responsibilities include:
- Applying management techniques to the construction package
- Directing consultants and contractors as well as dealing with the client.
- Participating in weekly meetings and preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Preparing Weekly & Monthly progress report as per the Company Quality Assurance Procedures.
CAIRO METRO LINE 3 PHASE 1(ABBASIA-ATTABA)
Senior site Engineerfor AbdoPasha STATION

This project is existing in NASR city with a total area of 14200m2 in one of the best commercial area in Cairo, it consists of (Car parking area, Administration building in Eleventh floors , Eight residential towers in 15 floors each, Eight villa, commercial mall and Four cinema.

- Managing and controlling 2 buildings with parking areas and tanks
- Ensure that the work is performed under the required quality and safety in the required time
