Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities, Maintained daily journal, posted ledgers
• Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Statement
• Oversee, review and prepare a variety of journal entries.
• Manage team of Senior and Junior Accountants
• Prepares quarterly and annual adjustment journal entries
• Completes vendor payments by verifying invoice coding; verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances; analyzing invoice/expenditure reports; recording entries.
• Handling accounts payables
Monitor banking transaction (Transfers- Deposits- Withdrawals)
• Review Bank Reconciliation
• Prepare and review all daily payment (Expenses-Invoices-vendors-refund to clients)
• Prepare and review all monthly payment (Payroll Quarter report for withholding tax in Egypt plus monthly VAT and annual Zakat calculation in KSA.
• Reporting fund position, Daily and monthly.
• Coordinate monthly closing process and preparing monthly Report
• Review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports.
• Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
• Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and Other statements
