As a customer due diligence analyst, my taks are concerned with Existing To Bank clients. We review their banking account through reviewing the provided documents and banking transactions in order to gather full details about the customers' relationship with HSBC so we can prevent any potential Financial Crime or Money laundering from taking place.
My objectives were mainly servicing the existing to bank customers through managing their financial portfolios. In addition to marketing the bank's products and selling them to an assigned ETB customers and potential ones. Not to mention taking care of the total operational and documentation work associated with all the tasks.
