Creating and supervising daily patient satisfaction survey
• Solving all the patient’s complaints and to meet all their needs
• Making training for OPD staff members including customer care and
communication skills
• Keeping all the clinics inside and outside clean, neat and comfortable
for all patients
• Arrange the time for the OPD clinics on a daily basis
• Use computer systems to perform daily activities and tasks (SAP)

• Calculating all visits for Doctors in daily basis

Publishing all the advertisement on newspaper
Being sure and accurate for delivering SMS to all the patient and new target patient
Making new deals to send more referrals from other companies or clinics
Achieving the monthly

Preparing what needed for making good doctors’ visits from outside the center
Supervising the receptions members and the call center employee
