• Oversee and manage a team of leasing professionals, including leasing agents, leasing coordinators, and administrative staff.

• Ensure compliance with leasing laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to leasing activities.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants throughout the leasing process, Ensure a smooth transition for tenants during the move-in process, and provide ongoing support throughout their lease term.
• Stay updated on market trends, rental rates, competitor activities, and make recommendations for adjusting leasing strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as property management, marketing, and finance, to ensure coordinated efforts in leasing and tenant satisfaction.
