* Direct Construction Project from Conception to completion.
* Study work order, scope of work, issued drawings and spec sheet.
* Review all aspects including bill of quantity & estimated cost for budget to request.
* To review, study design with shop drawings and insure it matches site condition and control and follow
up house production units, subcontractor’s plants to insure it works parallel with approved project’s
work program, shop drawing details, approved samples, completion date, and to the limit of quality
standard.
* Plan, organize and identify resources needed.
* Visit site regularly, coordinate with production plant, determined requirements and changes in
advance.
* To monitor project cost, budget limit and arrange to procure project’s needed
