Responsible for Quality of whole Project incompliance with project specification, Standards and Quality procedures. Responsible for preparing Quality procedures like Project Quality plan, Inspection & Test plan, Method statement, Testing & commissioning procedures with the coordination of respective site engineer and Specialist/Sub-contractor. Responsible for assuring that the quality of the work meets or exceeds the project's contractual requirements. Perform onsite field observation of installed work. Review quality of all materials at site, ensure compliance to project specifications, approved Submittals, collaborate with department for all material procurement, and maintain quality of materials. Any non-conformances identified in materials or site activities will be formally issued to the construction team to prompt corrective actions in accordance with the project specifications and approved method statements. Leading the Site QA/QC Inspectors to complete the Inspections with Contractor & client representatives as well. Responsible for Conducting the MEP Equipment inspections with Engineers from main contractors and consultant Engineers. Responsible for giving feedback or quality status to the relevant departments/ suppliers. Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain quality of all systems. Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance. Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements. Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes, and recommend corrective actions for all processes. Assisting Project team to complete the ISO audit for Site operation and QA/QC documents. Responsible for ensuring the established QMS procedure continuously maintained for project work activities. Reports to the Project Manager & Quality Manager to overview and compliance of all MEP services.

1. Conducting Material inspection & site inspection with the client.
2. Conducting internal inspection with sub contractors.
3. Reviewing sub- contractor documents like Material submittal, method statement, ITP, Testing & commissioning procedure and drawings.
4. Raising NCR to sub-contractors and closeout as per QMS procedure.
5. Conducting and preparing the Internal quality walk trough and preparing the report.

PROJECT: MOCK-UP WAREHOUSE & SAMPLE AREA

Interacting with clients and contractor’s staff to determine and verify project requirements.
•Preparing inspection reports and site records.
•Liaise and handle matters with main contractors and client and /or representative pertaining to work related issues.
•Providing general inspection on all construction labor and subcontracted tasks to ensure professional workmanship.
•Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipments and construction/installation activities on site.
•Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, writes and sends to QC Supervisor non-conformances reports.
•Controls equipments installation, alignment and leveling as per approved drawing.
•Performs functional checks and mechanical final work completion checks.
•Performs punch-listing operations.
•Verify special processes and the relevant workers’ qualifications.
•Reviewing Material Submittal, Inspection & Test plan, method statements for installation and testing & commissioning formats & coordinating with Site engineers and specialists Sub-contractors
•Identifying non-conforming works, generating reports and corrective actions and coordinating responses.
•Work in conjunction with engineers to solve project design problems, performing basic design calculations as required.
•Conduct technical, feasibility studies and site investigations
•Liaison with teams working remotely from other parts of the world to facilitate completion of tasks, and project.
