Technical Support:
• Conducting mock-ups including surface preparation.
• Training for the contractors starts from a brief explanation about the product and how to deal with it.
• Following up with the contractors. Identifying problems and work on finding solutions.
• Presentations of our products to contactors, and consultants.
• Understand customer complaints/issues and lead their resolution, involving all necessary departments in the
company and provide a quick resolution.
• Support customers satisfaction improvements and manage dissatisfied customers in person.
• Support in the planning and scheduling along with sales team.
• Providing the required technical support for the sales team in terms of paperwork, following up,
presentations and training on the new products.
• Reporting to head manager, weekly and monthly reports.
Specifications:
• Prepare the required documents to submit our products including test reports and previous approvals.
• Review& replying on the consultant and contractor comments.
• Preparing the compliance statements according to projects specifications, BS, ASTM, and QCS 2014.
• Testing the products to identify higher performing products to keep them up to date with third parties’
laboratories and conduct trials in accordance with specifications.
• Preparing the comparison sheets against the competitors’ products.
• Writing confirmations, compatibility letters.
Sectors of work:
Surface treatments, Grouts & Anchors, Concrete Repair, Flooring Systems, Protective Coatings, Sealants & Joints,
Waterproofing, Adhesives, Tiles Adhesive & Grouts, and Building finish products.
• Running and supervising all different Ready-mix Concrete design and development tests.
• Contributing in the technical assessment of the new products/ranges that are to be developed and released.
• Providing technical consultancies regarding admixtures to the Ready-mix customers.
• Developing Ready-mix Concrete mix designs for different concrete applications.
• Contributed to preparing plans and work programs for the unit’s activities and following up on their
implementation.
