• Involve in day-to-day activities related to MEP work in Third Saudi Expansion of Holy Mosque and Surrounding Area - Makkah

• Responsible for handing over process of project MEP services to hotel operator (Millennium Place).
• Help and asset in the commissioning of all MEP services.

• Participate in negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Supervise contracted work to ensure compliance with the contract agreement.
• Planning and directing project workflow.
• Responsible for budget administration. Expenditure approval and detailed tracking of operating expenses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Approving designs and BOQs and making sure that it is in line with estimated BOQ.
• Liaise with the consultants for major technical issues.
• Technical reference in case required from different teams.
• Handling the procurement and supply chain to make sure that it is aligned with project’s requirements.

• Ensure materials for projects are procured well within budget and delivered on a timely basis to meet work requirements.
• Develop, formalize, implement and oversee a procurement system, externally and internally, that ensures efficient flow of work, on-time performance and savings in terms of money and effort - both internally and externally.
• Integration with relevant departments (estimation, finance, engineering, operations.) to ensure proper flow of data and its effective utilization.
• Review, update and implement a system of managing suppliers, as well as update current market prices database.
• Review and implement a comprehensive system for follow-up and reporting as regarding material submittals, procurement (order) status cost-to complete….etc.
• Assist in implementing a system for standard contracts and commercial conditions.
• Review, update and implant the system of soliciting bids and their subsequent evaluation, negotiation and award, as well as their follow-up, expediting and delivery to site.
• Resolving any procurement related matters along the way. Follow up of variations and claiming for such.
• Review and update the Procurement Policies and procedures.
• Build up a coherent, competent and qualified procurement team in a secure and ethical environment and ensure its continuous efficient performance.

 Direct and coordinate all activities related to Projects Operation, directing the Project Team to achieve desired performance in line with the project program and milestones.
 Review the Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as deemed required related to MEP trade.
 Ensure that the project quality system properly and efficiently satisfies the requirements of the Contract.
 Ensure that all contractual and legal matters related to the projects are dealt properly and promptly.
 Manage and administration of delivery of the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire protection works undertaken form by managing the key project content, coordination, and milestones including, planning, engineering, construction, commissioning and handover.
 Monitor progress of all aspects of the work to ensure completion on time. Notify the Project Team, Client and Contractor of any delays to the works.
 Ensures that the Payment Application is billed on time and those payments are received in a timely manner for the project.
 Meet regularly with the Contractors, Client and professional team at site Review, update and implant the system of soliciting bids and their subsequent evaluation, negotiation and award, as well as their follow-up, expediting and delivery to site.
 Resolving any procurement related matters along the way. Follow up of variations and claiming for such.
