Assist Clients in defining the Scope of Work, Project program planning and functions
Retain applicable specialty Consulting services from leading international Consultants and specialist vendors
Plan and Execute the Project Design phases and deliverables with Design and Cost quality checks
Management of in-house architects, engineers, sub-consultants, costs of development estimates and tendering or Bidding options.
Establish and execute Sub Tender Packages to speed up project construction phases
Conducted Cost Cutting and Value Engineering conferences and quality documents reviews
Follow up on all governing authorities having jurisdictions on the project.

Assisted the Client/ investors, and Consultants in the detailed development of the Project components, lease areas and fictional programs for the mall functions, Hotel tower, Boutique offices, Residential Towers, Entertainment areas and other high end anchor tenants.

Assisted Design teams in ensuring compliance with the development purchase agreement provisions and obtaining applicable local approvals.

Review and monitor construction cost estimates, Value Engineering, design schedules, executive reports, assisting the client in design decisions and recommendations.
Established suitable tendering, procurement strategies, and the subsequent selection processes to assist the owner in appropriate selections and contractual engagements.
