Preparing purchase requisition, issued reports, and inventory reports
Problem solving handling in unusable circumstance and arrange materials
Coordinating with the purchase department and Auditor for the inventory
Monitoring on regular basis for keeping the goods in proper & pre-allocated
places
Reporting to manager daily incoming /outgoing materials and cash purchases
Product managements including ordering, receiving, price change and damage
Arranging FIFO stock and delivery schedule as per purchase order for dispatch
Maintaining proper documents like receipts, voucher, and Invoice
Following up with supplier as a needed to conform and change price
Take responsibility for documents storage and uploading of quotations to P.O
To check the quantity, quality, packing and expiry dates before receiving
Preparing the list of fast moving /slow moving items and unusable materials
Updating and maintain records of all orders, payments and received stock
Daily entry invoice and petty cash bill in the company MMS system
Maintain to the store daily cleaning, pest control by the Housekeeping
