-To perform HVAC site Installation inspection with client and QC and get approval in SAT (Site Acceptance Test)
-To perform HVAC system testing and commissioning and ensure the system operated as per design and work properly.
-To perform HVAC duct leak Test and perform air balancing to ensure the system meet air flow design.
-To perform mark-up and red line of Installed HVAC system at site for Preparation of as Built Drawing.
-To troubleshoot HVAC system if any issue.
-Policies, procedures, and work instructions as defined in order to ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System, occupational safety and HSE requirements.

- EXXONMONIL MALAYSIA - Field Wide Roof Top HVAC Project - Guntong A - (Sept 18 - Present)
- Represent as team lead/supervisor in each project involved.
- Involved in major restoration of Heavy duty diesel engine for Oil & Gas power generator, air compressor, welding machine and Air-conditioning unit and others projects.
- Assist senior mechanic performed engine overhaul, body repair and painting, dismantle and re-installation work of overall generator set from 75 kVa to 2000 kVa at onshore plant and offshore platform.
- Assist Wireman and Electrical Engineer in generator wiring, rewiring panel installation and digital panel setting and analysis generator electrical system to get the best result of the generator control system and other machinery systems.
- Prepared project daily & monthly report and submitted and reported to Senior Engineer & Manager
- Performed paper work of project preparation, tender, and any work pertaining to the rental generator/machineries issue and other projects.
- Involved in mechanical design and generator modification work.
- Prepared mechanical and electrical drawing. 2D 3D AutoCAD.
- Arranged and recorded of all machineries movement for offshore and offshore user.
- Carried out commissioning of the generator/machineries unit.
- Attended Factory Acceptance Test or Load Test at factory and yard with client.
- Attended and performed monthly periodic maintenance service for offshore platform and onshore generator / machineries units.
- Performed troubleshooting and resolved any issues of generator and other machineries.
- Assist Project Coordinator for delivery machineries services parts & spare parts to all sites and ensure all generators got the required parts on time and sufficient service part as updating the status and condition of all generators /machineries at site time by time.
- Attended internal and external project meeting held by clients. Reported project progress.
- Attended all generator and other machineries system training provided by company and machineries vendor.
- Updating and implement offshore, Factory, HSE regulation and requirement.

- HOT TAPPING JOBS: -
- Supervised the Hot Tapping Project Team (Welding Team, NDT Inspector, Habitat Team, Fitters, Hot Tap Team, ensure the progress meet target date to complete.
- Assisted Hot Taping Specialist in set-up the hot tapping machine and installation to the pipe.
- Performed major test on welded tee-joint prior to install hot taping machine.
- Involved and assisted habitat technician to set up the habitat prior welding job start at hot tapping area.
- Set-up the pipe heater element and installed at hot tapping pipe before welding job start.
- Control and recorded heating data of pipe.
- Recorded all required data prior to start welding due the pipe line is online and safety is most priority.
- Installed hot tapping machine unit to the done split tee.
- Performed hot tapping on pipes involved.

- Maintenance and servicing the chillers systems included water pump, FCU, cooling tower, AHU and change chiller oil.
- Report and repairing any failure of the chillers system.
