 Maintenance of Air Compressor, Filling Machine, Pumps, Reactors & Agitators.
 Preventive & Predictive maintenance of all the rotary equipment mentioned above
 Participates in the diagnosis and repair of major faults and breakdowns
 Managing on site the facilities team and third party sub-contractors ensuring they complete tasks on time and safely to required standards and allocate work and completion in accordance with the monitoring system. Providing an element of cost, program, safety and build ability advice on proposed maintenance and capital improvement works. Follow up corrective actions and implement countermeasures to minimize reoccurrence of faults. Directly accountable for day to day matters to the Facilities Manager Services and Undertake maintenance surveys and produce reports accurately and concise.
 to Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly and testing of valves
 Mechanical seals, shaft alignment, and vibration monitoring equipment Relevant experience with fault finding, disassembly, overhaul and repair.
