Liaising with Project Management Team, Clients, and Consultant to know the exact requirement of Project Communications and deploying the Project Document Controllers along with necessary tools & resources.

Administration of Project Delivery Office, Providing Support to Projects Delivery Unit, Overseeing the Division’s Internal Document Management System.

Setting Up the Archiving & Record Center (ARC), development and implementation of SOPs for Archiving the Documents Management System from various Branches and Departments, Safe Keeping, shredding & destroying the records after completion the retention period.

• Conceptualization the process, Set Up and Establishment of Electronic and paper based Document Management System for Construction Sites and Project Delivery Division
• Designing Electronic Data Management, Filing, Retrieval & User Access Control
• Development and Implementation of Standard Operative Procedure (SOP)
• Recruitment, Training, Evaluation and Deployment of Document Control Team along with necessary tools and resources
• Auditing and Support throughout the Project Duration, proper Closure and Arching of Records
• Studying Project Specifications, Collaboration with Client, Consultants and Contractors to know the exact and precise requirement of Project Communications
• Generating and controlling Document Numbering System, Templates and Formats
• To insure the Company’s all Quality Management Systems are in place and followed correctly
• Generation and collection of reports, distribution and storage for Senior Management
• Acting as Main Coordinator for various Departments to receive and deliver the relevant Documents and Reports
• Administration and Support to Project Delivery Office for day to day Operations
• Providing Support to Executive Director for reports preparation and collection
• Planning, Organization and Supervision of Archive and Records Center (ARC)
