• Preparing cheques and handing them to the suppliers after checking the invoices.
• Entering the invoices into the oracle system using the three way-
match.
• Recording the invoices as paid in the oracle system.
• Preparing Letters of guarantee and undertaking letters and follow up with the bank
employee.
• Checking employees expense reportes and transfer the amount to thier accounts
