Responsible for FOOD SAFETY and Food Quality Audits across the restaurants and industrial audits of supplier's. etc Providing training and working as a Quality Assurance Supervisor
Ensuring the smooth running of the Quality Department and the departmental targets & delivery schedules
are met for different products like confectionaries, bakeries, snacks, chocolates & chewing gums
* Monitoring & examining each stage of the entire production process, and ensuring that the products meet
national and international quality standards
* Segregating non-conforming parts in accordance with written quality procedures
* Confirming the employees follow the documented procedures & SOPs
* Supervising the identification of all parts/ components used in the production process, and archiving all quality
related administrative records
* Ensuring the working area is hazard-free and clean & tidy, participating in all the safety related workshops
organized by the organization, and reporting any accidents, incidents, near-misses, actual or potential
problems with products, services or systems to Senior Managers
* Ensuring that all tests are performed to the highest standards, distributing written Quality Assurance results
to the stakeholders, and monitoring all the testing equipment to ensure current and valid calibration
* Conducting quality audits and surveys, conforming the production methods meet relevant legislation, and
recommending changes to the production process as applicable
* Conducting final inspections, identifying unsafe working practices, and searching for defects in the product
* Discussing inspection results & conclusions with Quality & Production Managers
* Maintaining traceable records to be used in audits, and determining the minimal requirements & procedures
needed for the processes to pass the QA inspection
