RTA -(Roads and Transport Authority) Dubai Bus Station (Customer Service)
Major responsibilities included:
·Assist the customers by giving them information regarding routes of buses,
.bus timing and tourism areas by distributing brochures and maps for the city of Dubai.
·Maintaining the lost and found diary
# Handeling all operation procedure and use to provide client and complete knowledge of product.
# Handlind buckets Pool of RAK Bussiness Loan Accounts.
# Ensure that the brand is represented to reqire standard and the debt risk are absolutelt minimized.
# Delivering excellent customer service to maximize potential recovery.
# Ensure individual targets based on both efficiency and productivity parameters are met on a monthly basis.
# Handling a potfolio of more than 200 accounts abd addressing customers restructure request on the basis of income and profile.
# Going for field visits to customers bussiness meeting point to collect the payments as per the shedule and also meeting customer for one on one settlement negotiations.
# Make sure CRM is properly updated.
# Trace non - contactable and Skip customer.
# Contacting all the available numbers and gathering customers details for loacting him and his bussiness.
# Implementing client policies and procedures towards customer management and confidentiality within legal guidlines.
# Suceccessfully maaging unsecured cards deliguent pool in order to reduce flow intocollectable accounts.
# Meeting customers over the field and in office.
# Seek allocation and payment files from the client for timely updatewhich is used to target planning and projection.
# Provide case reports to client for non closure of outstanding dues for further action.
# Regular follow ups with the contacted customers and collect the payable amount.
# Negotiatr for full and final settlement with the customer and negotiate with the ckient for discount.
# Prepare settlement proposal.
# Trace non - contactable customers and skip customers
# Prepare field visits to send at the customers place of employment.
# Prepare daily MIS repot and send to the higher management.
# Achieve target and help team mates in their achievements.
