KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Annual Sales Targets
Provide input on regional sales manager for the development of annual sales targets by product term and allocated sales area, for review by Sales Planning Manager.
Territory Allocation
Assist in the development and assigning of sales territories for Branch Supervisor and Van Salesmen along with corresponding monthly sales quotas by product group.
Sales Reports
Establish a control and sales information system to ensure the timely preparation and submission of all reports. Analysis monthly sales results by product group and sales territory to determine causes of variances, and evaluate market potential. Provide daily and monthly sales summary and analysis report to the Sales Planning Manager to highlight achievements, trends and other factors that may affect future sales (built on oracle).
•Sales operation experience with a significant track record in the management of direct/indirect sales, distribution and logistics channels.
•Gathering information on competitive activities, implementation of sales directions and execution of marketing strategies.
•On a daily basis supports the Supervisors, Area Managers of the branch.
•Preparation of all sales reports as requested by the Line Manager on a daily basis, enabling easy reference.
•Carry out specific tasks and projects as may be assigned from time to time by the Line Manager.
Mecca Branch & Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Responsible for preparing all reports, coordinates and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserves & prepare facilities, records and transcribes minutes of meeting. On a daily basis help the Area Sales Manager and salesmen of the branch. Filing of all the reports as raised by the ASM on a daily basis, enabling easy reference. Weekly market visit for visibility checked.
Also played as an ACTING SALES MANAGER in his absence (Vacation) for Mecca Branch.
Based upon my performance and ability SAVOLA re-hired me back in the year 2007 located to Eastern region and upon necessity I was relocated to Head Office in Jeddah.
To be the standard bearer, ensuring the optimum presentation in the market place of the Savola brands and products.
•Report to Regional Sales Manager; maintain master files on customers, products and price lists.
•Monitor sales targets for van salesmen to achieve maximum sales for his region in accordance with the van sales supervisor sales plan and objective of the company.
•To produce all the management reports needed by the relevant management and the supervisors.
•Monitor sales information and ensure that van sales team in acting it upon.
•Coordination of van sales supervisors and van salesmen into efficient and cohesive sales team.
•To resolve issues raised on a daily basis by the van salesmen.
•In the absence of stock controller, check the stocks on each van on a monthly basis.
•Provide training to other team members on HHTs operating system.
•Ensure proper maintenance of All Handheld Terminal (HHT) equipment.

•Arrange schedule of business trip for managers and reserve hotels in convenient place
•Prepare minutes of the meeting
•Follow up Iqama renewals, Exit/Re-Entry visa and air tickets for all Staffs
•Communicate with branches to motivate sales activities
•Coordinate with Admin, Finance, Production & Export department
