•Preparing cost estimates, undertaking cost analysis and budgets for the projects.
•Draft estimates / cost plans for review and finalization with senior management.
•Taking off Quantities, scrutinizing drawings and specifications to prepare BOQs & Monthly interim payment applications.
•Valuation of variation & prepare claims.
•prepare subcontractor payments.
•Preparing statement at completion.
•Material Reconciliation.
•Maintain Proper Records and Logs for all Correspondence.
•Preparation Material on Site Records & Clams.
•Coordinate with Project Managers, Commercial Managers and Senior Staffs regarding the issues on
sites.
•Site Measurements & Site Supervision.
•Assisting Senior Quantity Surveyor on Contractual issues.
•Co-ordination with Other Departments to Complete the Backups for IPA such as Approved Inspection
Request, Approved Drawings, Working CAD Drawings etc.
•Assesses newly submitted Contractor claims for validity; coordinates with other project teams to
identify potential claims.
