My duties and tasks included but not limit to the following:
•Creating Maintenance Programs for the A320, BBJ, Cessna, Hawker, Embraer Legacy and Embraer 190 fleets
•Packaging and segregating the applicable tasks into A checks, C checks, 6 years, 12 years and Out of phase tasks
•Preparing and issuing Work Scopes for in-house and outsourced inspections which include but not limited to routine tasks, non-routine tasks (ADs, SBs, self-initiated tasks…etc.), and HTCs (Hard Time Components).
•Controlling and following up the HT components / LLP parts due dates and arranging for the replacement
•delivering the work scope to different MROs to get quotations and find the best MRO to do the maintenance based on decision matrix (ground time, MX cost, ferry flight cost, etc., )
•To ensure that the Maintenance Program associated with the fleet are managed and developed in accordance with the requirements of the current CAYMAN/GACA regulations.

My duties and tasks included but not limit to the following:
•Ensuring that the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) is controlled, managed and developed as required by the continuous airworthiness requirements of the regulator, OEM and RJ reliability program.
•Ensuring that the maintenance program is maintained in an optimized condition for operation
•Working with Technical Planners (Line Maintenance Controllers) in relation to work packaging in order to ensure that the maintenance planned enables optimum aircraft availability to support the operational flying program and efficient and cost-effective planning of maintenance.
•Responsible for effective task card management associated with the maintenance program. Updating and linking the task cards with their appropriate engineering controls (MPD, Self-Initiated task)
•Closure of occurrence reports and audit findings by the QA, CARC, and EASA
•Preparing the work scopes for aircrafts to be redelivered and Preparation of Redelivery Documents as per Lessor requirement
•Coordinating with technical services regarding the AD, SB, and EOs.
•Reviewing the coming in-house packages and preparing the required tools and materials by reviewing each task, specify requirements, arrange with Material management department to cover the shortages.
•Working as a project coordinator for the heavy checks that performed in house, by creating Gantt chart for the process and follow up with the maintenance team on daily basis. Also, issuing a daily report for the inspection progress.
•Monitoring and updating data on tracking System, to activate the system and make it more reliable by creating task cards, creating WOs, updating outsourced packages, monitoring and updating hard time / LLP components.
•Special projects which improve the department and the processes.
•Preparation of the Major checklist for the C of A renewal purpose
•Updating of the Aircraft, Engines and APU Logbooks on routine basis
•Data Updating on tracking system and Technical Records. Prepare the AC data (AC inventory list, SB Status, AD Status, LG LLP, Engine LLP, Hard time components) to migrate them to TRAX
•AD & SB evaluation and monitoring and updating in schedules (Status)
•Monitoring AD’s, SB’s & Engineering orders applicable to fleet and arrange for compliance
•Preparing and updating engine historical sheet to monitor / update TSN CSN / TSO / CSO (Engines History)
•Keeping engine records in a well-organized way to recover them any time In soft copies and hard copies.
