Key Responsibilities:-
•Communicating with customers regarding vehicle maintenance.
•Handling all service & breakdown request of around 2000 fleet.
•Monitoring and renewing annual registration of all fleet.
•Handling all accident requests.
•Handling of vehicle deliveries
•Handling of vehicle collections.
•Tracking and running fleet inventory reports.
•Ensuring vehicle exchange transactions with or without replacements.
•Maintaining records of petty cash through verified documents.
Marketing Activities, Sales, Showroom displays, customer relations.
•Showroom Vehicles displays, Inventory management and Logistics.
•Coordination with Banks/Auto Finance Companies for Finance deals

•Special Order configuration, handling and processing such orders.
•Customer satisfaction and loyalty programs.
•Pre-owned car sales coordination / used car exchanges.
•Coordination with Banks/Auto Finance Companies for Finance deals.
•Showroom Vehicles displays, Inventory management and Logistics.
•Support the Manager in managing and resolving operational issues.
•Work with Manager to provide excellent customer service.
•Participate in customer meetings & distribute minutes of meeting to the operations team.
