My responsibilities and experience include:
1) Researching and identifying relevant topics and themes for the conference.
2) Developing and managing the conference budget.
3) Securing venues and coordinating logistics, such as catering, accommodations, and transportation.
4) Identifying and inviting keynote speakers and presenters.
5) Developing and managing the conference program, including scheduling and session topics.
6) Coordinating marketing and promotional efforts to attract attendees.
7) Ensuring the quality and success of the conference through effective planning, execution, and evaluation.
8) Managing and training support staff, such as event coordinators, volunteers, and vendors.
9) Maintaining positive relationships with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
10) Conducting post-conference evaluations and assessments to improve future events.
I was responsible for handling the “Healthcare & Pharma” sector. I had a wide range of responsibilities right from marketing the product to the execution of the event. My role involved researching and collecting data of different healthcare organisations, maintaining client relationships, achieving the annual turn-over, maintaining the authenticity of the awards, handling the team, attending and networking in corporate events, understanding the need of the market.
Experienced in Handling 6 International Projects and 4 National Projects yearly including the annual flagship event “WORLD HEALTH & WELLNESS CONGRESS & AWARDS”.
As a Project Head it following were my responsibilities to make the project/award a success:
• Marketing the product through emails, calls and meetings.
• Gathering well known / C-level people from across the globe, and felicitating them.
• Getting SPEAKERS, NOMINATIONS & DELEGATES from different countries.
• Selling stalls & sponsorships.
• Getting Media Partners.
Besides being a "Project Head" I was also responsible for the role of "International Traveller".
Attending conferences both Nationally & Internationally, visiting different states, cites & countries. Meeting different people across various sectors, doing networking and thus helping in "Business Development” of the organisation. I have attended well known healthcare events in various countries like UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi), South Africa (Johannesburg), Singapore, Malaysia, Bangkok, Egypt, Indonesia, Philippines.
Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
