F)Drafting a severability of Business agreements such as (exportation, Equipment rent, Customs Release, custodian agreements, consultancy agreement, Communication Department, hotels, Joint-Venture agreements, shareholders agreements, lease contracts, Maintenance, Management and Advisory Agreements, materials transportation, MOU, Non-Disclosure, office renting for new companies, Packing contracts, Properties Contract, sales & purchase agreement, Supplying Contracts, Training Contracts, transfer of technology, escrow account agreement, confidential agreement, Distribution … etc) all the previous contracts drafted in trilingual Arabic/English/French as requested. G) Handling all the legal procedures of BOD’s, ordinary and extraordinary general assembly meetings, and ratifying the record of minutes in the general authority. H) Handle internal investigation. - Integrating and overseeing such allied corporate staff functions of legal Managers (Suez, Tourah, Helwan Cement companies & RMB, RMBE ready mix companies legal Managers and all their stuff) - reporting to Legal Director, and I cultivate to be Deputy Director legal Department by Title promotion with same responsibilities.
