• Preparing shipment documents such as Commercial Invoices, Packing List, Delivery Advice & HS Code Summary.
• Arranging and obtaining certain additional documents for shipment such as Chamber of Commerce Certificate & Certificate of Conformity.
• Coordinating with logistics agents handling our shipment for all the logistical aspects.
• Coordinating with customer worldwide regarding shipment status and proper documentation prior to sailing schedule.
• Keep a track of all shipments to update logistics database on a regular basis for final documentation and processing.
• Making Goods Receipt Voucher.
• Raising L.P.O follow ups.
• Attends to customer’s queries.
• Ensure that all aspects of a logistics team, such as shipping, and warehousing are working together to fill orders and deliver materials on a timely basis.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
