Duties/Responsibilities:
*Lead assigned company-owned restaurants in achieving business goals.
*Team: staffing, retention, and training certification, bench planning.
*Customer: CHAMPSCHECK
*Sales: sales versus Budget.
*Profit: Unit contribution versus Budget.
*Achieve on Target Score card results.
*Achieve GES targets and OSAT goals.
*Achieve Food Safety at-standard result by FS auditor.
*Handling and resolving Customer complaints with YES attitude
*Consistently monitor product and labour costs to remain within goals.
*Train and coach staff on guest services principles and practices.
*Manage staffing levels through daily and weekly schedule preparation
*Follow inventory control and cost control.
*Monitor and maintain the POS system, assist in menu implementation.
*Conduct daily pre-shift meeting and weekly managers meeting.
*Train up the team for hygiene, Food safety, service, manners, waste control, cost control,
*Maximize customer's satisfactions with innovative food, service and quality
*Daily reporting based on sales, expenses, inventory, stock,
*Provide and updates reports of operation and staff to the head office.
