• Assist in end-to-end financial management and reporting.

1.Monitoring and reporting - Ageing of both Debtors and Creditors, Reconciliation of their account statements. 2.Preparation and analysis of Financial Statements.
3.Review of monthly inflow and outflow of the Cash flow statement.
4.Review of KYC of each clients for the credibility assurance as per QCB guidelines.
5.Preparation of monthly production reports and analysis of actual with projected figures.
6.Conduct production review and half yearly revenue audit as per the guidelines of Qatar Central Bank.

2. Collection of Receipts and Expense booking.
3. Preparation of day books.
4.Review of Cash & Bank management including BRS.
5.Review of HR control and documentation.
6.Preparation of weekly sales report and ageing report to the superiors.
7. Scrutiny of bills receivable & analysis of collection period.
8.Preparation and Documentation of each clients KYC.
