• Control of Foreign Co’s Purchasing & Contracting Procedures through reviewing and approval of:
- Tenders prepared documents.
- Technical evaluations.
- Commercial evaluations & Letters of award.
- Direct contracting.
- Contracts farm-in.

• Control of Assets & Material Imports
- Review & approve petroleum companies’ customs clearance documents for shipments at the ports.

• Manage all Agreements activities including leading a group of six Senior Specialist/Coordinators.
• Preparing economic studies supporting time and cost savings for major materials categories.
• Issuance & execution of Managed Inventory Long Term Supply Agreements with key suppliers that reduce inventory risk exposure whether through issuance of tender Agreements or issuance of direct Agreements with original manufacturers.
• Ensure Agreements compliance with policies, pricing strategies, security and data privacy requirements, business goals and objectives
• Ensure all business and legal proposed Agreements changes are either negotiated and/or risk assessed prior to the execution of any Agreement.
• Manage the contractual relationship with vendors and coordinate contractual activities during the sourcing process including contract development, negotiation.
• Track, manage and report Agreements performance metrics
• Manage annual renewal of all valid Agreements.
• Approval of purchase orders for contractual material under the valid Agreements.

• Purchasing all kind of products through foreign and local markets at the best total cost, consistent with quality cost, delivery and other requirements at the plant and business goals.
• Responsible for a request for quote process, auditing requisitions, examining bids, and making a proposal for awards selection.
• Ordering products and authorizing payments based on contractual terms with suppliers or manufacturers.
• Promoting, identifying and implementing cost-saving ideas in addition standardization and simplification on procurement, negotiation, selection and involved matters related to materials and services to obtain maximum value and efficiencies for the company.
• Responsible for the administration of procurement activities and supplier management for assigned commodities and products.
• Supporting systems to monitor inventory, budget, availability, and performance.
• Driving negotiations with suppliers (new and existing) in conjunction with the Purchasing Management.
• Providing support to escalate any investigates claims with materials by interfacing that receiving personnel need and/or suppliers to identify the cause and corrective actions.
• Responsible for measure and monitoring trends of supplier performance and have mitigations plan on the ones which are not in compliance with the expected requirements levels.
• Involved in logistics coordination for shipping material till warehouse
• Communicating with the field management team to ensure all field purchase orders are received correctly
