Worked as senior resident while extending the residency to attain my Arab Board certification as well as MRCP (UK) certification.
Job responsibilities were the same as a specialist Internal medicine, rounding independently on patients, supervising junior residents and interns and leading daily academic/teaching rounds.
Also, reported directly to the consultant and other seniors.
Worked in divided durations of 5 months or more in each of Internal Medicine, Pulmonology and Neurology departments.
Overall, did independent on calls and admitted patients independently as well.

Job responsibilities ranged from evaluating and managing patients under supervision of specialists during the first 2 years of residency to complete independent patient care with reporting directly to consultant in the last 2 years of training
Also was part of rota making and scheduling for the residents and SRs
Moreover, was active participant in research projects as well as worked extensively with the Pulmonology and Neurology departments as well as the core department of Internal medicine
Worked as an intern with 1 in 3 24 hours on call shifts while managing patients in complete albeit under supervision of either a senior resident or Specialist Registrar
