Duties and Responsibilities
• Study the Tender drawings &IFC drawings and coordinate with Estimation team for making Tender & Material submittals.
• To prepare & maintain Shop Drawings Log.
• Preparing shop drawings of drywall partition and different types of ceiling according to IFC drawings and approved Material submittals
• Takeoff the quantity of materials.
• Coordination with client’s technical department regarding the shop drawings and all technical issues and follow up till get approval
• Preparing as built drawings.
•Technical Coordination with the manufacturer to get the necessary information and architectural details.

Wakrah Stadium (Contractor MPS-JV); Sports and Events Complex at Qatar University (Contractor Tadmur Co.); MUDP 5Stars Hotel (Contractor JTC); Msheireb Down Town Phase 4 (Contractor TCCC); Somerset 4Stars Hotel (Contractor JTC); Lusail Stadium (Contractor HBK); AlMaha Hospital (Contractor Hyundai) ACS School (contractor JTC)…etc
My job role is preparing drawings of architects’ designs for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects & develop 3d designs as per Architects concept.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Preparing preliminary sketches as per the client’s/design architects brief.
• Preparation of detailed Architectural floor plan layout
• Prepare Color 3D drawing and Rendering.
• Converting Proposal Drawing to Construction Drawing after receipt of Work Order.
• Client meeting, site measurement, and supervision.
• Prepare municipality drawings for getting approvals
