* Supervising major site activities (Excavation, Pipe-line laydown, welding,
Fitting, hydro-testing and NDT testing.).
* Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications and timescale.
* Complying with client safety and construction procedures
Procurement Department (Assets, Coating, Blasting & Painting, mechanical tools, and Welding):
* Initiating PR’s as per site requirements.
* Processing RFQ’s and selecting the proper, suitable and reputable vendors.
* Implementing price comparison and initial technical evaluation.
* Finalizing PO’s after selecting the vendor that complies with the requirements.
* Ensuring material’s delivery & condition and end user collection.
Aramco Material Collection Team:
* Following up Aramco materials handling and preservation at all projects sites.
* scheduling materials collection with logistics.
* Coordinating with quality control to schedule materials inspection.
Bidding:
* Assigned for short time periods to work on the biddings for potential projects.
-turn around and inspect unit:
*Field visits to insure static equipment inspections date.
-Maintenance reliability unit:
*Implementing Preventive maintenance on rotating equipment to ensure reliability and endurance.
*Alignment drawing revision ( reverse method)
* Installation of new coming equipment.
* Working on new data sheet of boiler feed water pumps.
*Mechanical seal failure investigation and replacement.
-Senior Design Project (Ring expansion testing & fatigue analysis of steels): * A two-way ring expansion method was developed to the mechanical properties specifically the ultimate hoop stress (UTS) of a ring. * FEA software ABAQUS was used to analyze the test and check its validity and limitations. * The Parts of the expansion test were manufactured to conduct the experiments. * Implementing a study on fatigue behavior of steel shafts undergoing cyclic loading with different load arrangements. * FEA software ABAQUS and module FE-safe were used to compare the analytical solutions with the numerical one.
