Supervise the works to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications and assist in work
measurements.
Reviewing Contractor’s Submissions (shop drawings, Materials, RFI, close out documents, etc.)
Ensure the Contractor’s adherence to Construction documents and latest Authorities’ regulations.
Assist in reviewing the process of Variations and Claims.
Overall responsibility on‐site for the supervision of the Electrical Works.
Provide daily supervision of the Contractor to ensure that he carries out construction work in accordance with the
activity schedule and the Construction Management Plan.
Review of contractor technical submissions, shop drawings and as built drawings, pre‐construction design reviews and
vendor submittals related to Electrical works.
Inspect of the Electrical works and materials during construction.
Review and approve RFIs.
Prepare site instruction and surveillance Report for deficiencies of work found at the site (Non‐Conformance Report)
and follow up corrective actions.
Examination of As‐Build drawing and compare with the actual installation at site.
Supervise, EIC & SCADA.
Testing and commissioning.
Conduct Construction Weekly and monthly Progress Meetings and Evaluate the Contractor’s.
Monthly Progress Report.

• National Water Company ‐ Completing of B6 ‐ Project Upgrade B16B pump station, as well as construction of new pump
stations B16C, SR13, SR14, and SR15 as well as water storage Steel Tanks Al‐Mahdiyah Riyadh.
• National Water Company ‐ Completing of Water Reservoir TGNW Salboukh Riyadh with Capacity of 300, 000m3.

Project
(1) Post-Tension Concrete Strategic Reservoirs Phase-2 with Total Capacity of 1, 000, 000 m³ Al Faysaliah - Jeddah.
(2) Steel Strategic Reservoirs Phase-2 with Total Capacity of 1, 000, 000 m³ Briman - Jeddah.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.
- Assure inspections are carried out as per as schedule and approved MTS & ITP.
- Ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications.
- Prepare Surveillance Report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site that is believed to have failed or if the contractor is not complying with verbal instructions and subsequently complete a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.
- Receive material inspection requests (MIR) from contractor, inspect electrical & instrumentation materials delivered at site and report on quantity and technical compliance and sign off requests.
- Prepare/complete the necessary documentation prior to inspection of the Works and process accordingly following completion of the inspection.
- Provide status to Electrical Engineer regarding completion of outstanding Electrical Works by the Contractor when required.
- Attend site testing and commissioning, prepare reports, and Coordinate the works to ensure successful hand-over of the project.
• Planning and scheduling of Electrical (and other related) activities, activities duration, manpower analysis, and implementation of Electrical works.
• Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
• Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.
• Execution of all electrical work.
• Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
• Report to the Electrical Engineer and assist in supervising the installation of electrical works and associated items.
• Installation, testing, and commissioning of Generation Set, LV/MV Panels, ATS, Synchronization Panel, and Transformer, and termination of electrical conduits power cables & control cables.
• Ensures all installations are done based on latest site installation drawings, documents.
• Prepares the overall installation progress and resource planning.
• Responsible for planning and organizing the delivery and storage of materials and tools to the site and placing the orders to subcontractors.
• Responsible for site preparations and follow-up of site readiness.
• Performing installation supervision and training on site.
• Plan and schedule projects, estimate time and materials, supervise subordinates, maintain records and files and prepare reports.
• Advice director of technical problems concerned with installation, modification and repair of electrical assignments.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with standard procedures and electrical assignments.
• Determine procedures for maintenance, installation, modification and repair of electrical work.
• Follow-up of work in progress to assess future manpower materials and equipment requirements.
