• Advising on designing, supervising, planning, managing, testing and commissioning, monitoring operations, and handing over of KAFD project, including its smart connected solutions and security systems.
• Revising the design engineering submittals and approving material submittal of existing security systems for KAFD parcels and approving the refurbishing and or replacement of these systems.
• Attending weekly meeting with the client and tracking the work on site and following related KPI’s.
• Checking the purchased security systems material in main contractor stores and making sure that they are following KAFD and MOI specifications.

• Managing a team of 21 engineers responsible for designing, supervising, planning, managing, testing and commissioning, monitoring operations, and handing over of a large-scale airport infrastructure project, including smart connected solutions, IoT, and smart cities
• Directing the delivery of the airports smart city digital infrastructure and ICT systems, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with project goals
• Managing the project progress and KPI tracking, ensuring milestones were met and risks were mitigated
• Coordinating with clients in governmental and private sectors to identify strategic solutions to strengthen market position and optimize project execution

• Managing ICT procurement procedures for a large-scale oil and gas project, optimizing costs and ensuring timely delivery
• Analyzing material status and inventory reports, allowing for informed decision-making and efficient resource allocation
• Negotiating and approved suppliers material purchase order requests and quotations, securing favorable terms for the project

• Advising and implementing the construction, management, and delivery of a large-scale offshore oil field infrastructure project for I&C works.
• Utilizing digital construction software and 3D techniques for programming and automating I&C works for pipe racks and piping, reducing project costs and streamlining operations
• Resolving clients technical queries and briefed national engineers and interns on project requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment
