Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance of standby generators, automatic transfer switch, LV switchgear, MDB, LV dry-type transformers, UPS and other facilities designated by Royal Commission
Facilitate modification and maintenance of new and exciting power distribution system
Provide system problem solving to ensure continues reliability and uptime improvement
Deliver mobile generators with trailer truck during VIP visits and other Royal Commission special functions
Maintain tool and supply inventories in coordination with other supervisors
Perform minor civil works related to electric power distribution
Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager
Obtain required work permits and authorization from all cognizant agencies public and private
Comply all RC work standards, rules and regulations while on RC property including any testing requirements
Develop technical procedures and supervise the site activities to ensure technical requirements, standards, specifications and construction documents such as work method statement and risk assessment
Assist testing and programming teams for the ongoing works
Internal coordination with electrical, mechanical, civil teams and Sub- contractors for inspections, technical issues and drawing clashes
Monitor daily site progress and ensure strict compliance of all the activities to approved drawings and client requirements
Identification and notification of possible claim situation
Review drawings & materials status and other relevant documents of project
Prepare 3-week schedule, daily progress and weekly progress reports
Coordination with procurement cell and follow up with suppliers for timely supply of material
Establishing and maintaining a positive consultant/contractor relationship
Material inspections prior to consultant and approvals as per project specifications
Attending inspections with consultant for completed works
Follow up with sub-contractors to rectify and resolve consultant comments
Attend health and Safety weekly meetings and ensure that all the safety precautions will be taken care during activities
Bay Control Unit (BCU) configuration
Bus-Bar Contact Resistance and Insulation Test
Cable High Voltage Test
Earth Fault Relay Test
Over-Voltage and Under-Voltage Relay Test
MCB and MCCB Trip Test
