➢ Coordinating and negotiating rates with clients, shipping lines and airlines
➢ Handling full process of sea, air, land documentation and operations

Coordinating with Airline and Shipping Company regards to status of shipments
⮚ Advising clients on a day-to-day basis on their Cargo movement and arrivals
⮚ Corresponding through e-mails with various stations for POD / arrival confirmations.
⮚ Preparing Quotations for import & export for FCL & LCL sea shipments.
⮚ Assigned the tasks of processing shipments of materials and equipment like confirming of delivery as
well as liaise with shipping vendors
⮚ Responsible for assisting Logistic professionals with load-out of items being shipped
⮚ Assigned the tasks of maintaining proper record of inventory of shipping containers and order as
required
⮚ Assigned the task to the documentations for Bill of Ladings and Airway Bills for every shipment.
⮚ Involved in stock count and verification / reconciliation process for shipping containers.

Maintaining effective communication channels with internal and external parties including sales
operations team, other technical experts and customers/clients.
➢ Manages customer accounts, invoicing customers and payment follow ups
➢ Reporting to the manager and updating on the progress for any issues related with the customer.
➢ Maintaining records with the current and targeted customers' data.
