I succeded in an official Business commencement of Credit initiation at Grassroot Micro Finance bank, (GMF)where I jointly initiated and established all the credit facilities that led to the smooth running and implementation of the Bank Credit department. .
•Provided daily operational review/quality control of Credit Department as it relates to imposed government regulatory requirements banking environment.
•Performed Collection of credit application, appraisal and recommendations

Develop innovative plans for improving the bank’s market position and brand
Identify critical interdependencies and synergies across the divisions and propose critical initiatives required to tap synergy and forge the implementation of the bank’s diversification and growth strategy
Provide leadership and guidance in implementing the strategic plans
Identify and evaluate business expansion and improvement opportunities
Coordinate and ensure the seamless/ optimal integration of the bank’s operating strategy with its organizational element (structure), and resources(human, material and information)
