NAWAF ALAYADI

A Civil Engineer in an Engineering consulting field of PMO Services,
working with the Strategic Planning, Studies, and Engineering
Department for Establishment of the General Directorate of Municipal
Projects (GDMP).
Responsibilities:
-Developing and updating all kinds of Engineering documents of
Procedures, Guidelines, Drawings, Templates, Registers, and Checklists
to be used by the Amanat.
-Tracking all kinds of documents that get in and out of the department
such as: (Processes and procedures with the dates of submission,
responses, and codes received of the documents).
-Assisted in developing, Project Execution Plan, Operating Structure,
Transition Plan, Assessment of existing tools operating process
procedures.
-Assisted in developing a list that contains all the standards and codes
that are used by Amanat in the present and it is being developed to
achieve GDMP requirements.

Worked as a trainee of a ten weeks duration, at Saudi Red Crescent
Authority under the Construction Department.
The role I have held was supervising the process of constructing the
buildings of the Red Crescent.
