As a Cloud Enterprise Solution Manager, I had the opportunity to start a cloud business solution project for small and medium enterprise developing my expertise in Management Solutions, I was involved as a Business Analysis, Proof of Concept, and coordination between Tech Team.
The Project had 3 parts :
- The dashboard was developed with HTML5, TypeScript, Angular,
- The Database with AWS(Amazon web services like)/ EC2 (Elastic Cloud Compute web serv.) - RDS(Relational Database MySQL).
- The Backend: with dotnet core C#.
Hybrid Mobile App (Android and IOS): using HTML5, TypeScript, Angular and Ionic framework.
I had the
opportunity to continue developing my expertise with Advanced Nutrition
Company (ANC) - From Nature Restaurant
My Job description involves:
• Requirement gathering of all kind of info for the internal circuit of the
Catering Business
• Requirement gathering of all kind of info for the Client - Dietitian
Procedures
• Analysis and evaluation of new equipment & tools needed such as servers
and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Analysis and evaluation of all Software applications such as accounting,
stock control and food assembly
• Cost study and analysis of all assembled food Items
• Standardization of all procedures for the Franchise plan
• Creation of a well-structured Research and Development department.
• Finding solutions and managing the receivables and cash flow procedures
• Management of the Purchase Order Processing (POP)
• Management of the Dispatching Procedure
• Financial analysis starting by initializing a chart of account upon International standard (Ex. KPMG) ending by A setting Budgets, Cash flow and Auditing Reports (Managerial Professional Reports)
• From 2004-2007, As a I.T & Infrastructure Manager, I had the opportunity to expand my management skills by working in the Catering Business with Slim & Lite s.a.r.l » (Health and Diet Food Center).
My Job Description involves:
• Complete Analysis of the whole internal Circuit for the Catering Business, spreading from IT infrastructure analysis to resources required for the project and even to creating dispatching plans and procedures
• Implementation of all In house Software applications such as accounting system, food assembly, stock control and Point of Sale system.

I had the
opportunity to get into « Mall Business « STORIOM MARKET »
I’ve studied this project from scratch, starting with the mall construction and
subdivision to mapping the different sections with engineers. I also fully implemented
the Point of Sale system, Operating Systems Installations and Networking. I was also the
key person in coordinating between the purchase department, the sales department, the
stock inventory department and the auditing department .. Skills Acquired:

• From 1981 to 1989, I started as a trainee with House of the Future Corp., then promoted to a programmer analyst then to Project Team Leader. I had the opportunity to work on various technologies and departments.
• We had a Main Frame - Honeywell Bull DPS7, it was a very brand-new concept at that time, I gained so much knowledge working and discovering new era of computers.
Projects involved in:
• An archiving Database following the International Thesaurus which allows the researchers and doctors to access the database at our center
• General Accounting, Payroll
• Management of Vehicles, Fees and Driving licenses in Lebanon
• A Statistic application concerning the Survey of Population’s Transfer
