• Ensure the most appropriate products and solutions are chosen for the client’s road map.
• Presenting a comprehensive strategic plan of each client

• Pro-active corrective actions from the monthly service delivery reports
• Risk management and planning through effective DR and Business continuity designs
• Resolving all billing queries
• Cost savings analysis of infrastructure costs and tracking of infrastructure ROI
• Discuss capacity planning, availability and performance management.
• Provide analysis and management of business demands for infrastructure improvements
• Recommend required changes to improve performance of the ICT environment
• Manage remedial action to resolve performance or capacity problems
• Initiate and consult on appropriate solutions for infrastructure evolution
• Constantly evaluating, planning, implementing and optimising infrastructure to remain relevant
• Help ICT managers with the planning of technology roadmaps and baseline architectures
• Office advice on the design on network architecture
• Assist with maintenance policies, operational procedures and new technology integrations.
• Advise on best practice methodologies and standards
