• Conducting business talks and negotiations with quotation and technical selection of product.
• Set travel schedule to meet and improve Swiss Rotors market awareness
• Participation in preparation of product materials (catalogue, presentations etc.)
• Market analysis preparing regular and accurate forecasting.
• Assisting RnD team towards improvement of products as per the market survey.
• Achieving the quarterly and yearly sales target.
• Project approval from consultant through business meetings and technical clarifications.
• Negotiating for high bid project and vendor selection and approval
• Leading a team of engineers for selection of Airside Units for major Data centre and commercial projects.
• Conducting technical presentation for Energy saving Products for large, complex projects such as Data Centre’s and Commercial projects.
• Design of custom units for special projects.
• Coordination with factory, procurement team and customer for specific project requirements.
• Assisting junior technical team for project constraints.
• Negotiating for high bid project and vendor selection and approval
• Compliance response for all SPC products and along with the quotation.

•Leading a team of engineers for selection of Airside Units for major projects.
•Generated new accounts for the organization identified the potential customers for the organization and scheduled the sales calls accordingly.
•Develop strategic partnerships with consultants, developers and key decision makers
•Prepare the submittal document for awarded jobs.
•Client meeting for compliance approval.
•Sending the Enquiry for Special Quote (SQ) items to factory and follow up for the quotation.
•Product presentation to clients.
•Product Application and compliance drafting for all the products.
•Product training to sales and application team.
•Guiding the team for designing of custom build AHU and Cooling system for complex data centre structure and Residential projects by using selection Software and also estimate the prices.
•Checking work done by each team member and also preparing productivity and sales report for management presentation.
Application & Technical Support
•Works with internal Sales Staff, Branches, technical centers, as well as external Distributors, OEMs, contractors or end customers to make certain that product and configuration proposals meet the customer’s application requirements.
•Answer and respond to product selection, installation, proper operation of technologies such as Power, Cooling and Controls systems.
•Provide suggestions matching products and services that meet the customer’s requirements.
•Explain product capabilities, code requirements.
•Create models, tools, and other work products that improve department efficiencies.
•Support Sales Staff by vetting and processing requests for new or modifications to existing products, including product obsolescence. Working with the Product Manager, Design Engineering, Production personnel and others, checking new or changed product for functionality, safety, fit to application and business case.
•Review product literature, including, but not limited to catalogue pages, product bulletins, installation and operation instructions, and promotional material. Also assist in the formation of new product literature.
Responsibilities
•Prepare and design all construction bid documents for local and International Clients.
•Collaborate with team of design engineers to complete all mechanical capital projects and provide all engineering support.
•Solid modelling of Chillers.
•Provide support to all expense projects and maintain accuracy in all project and ensure compliance to all material specifications and maintain knowledge on all orders.
•Analyze all mechanical designs and prepare various concepts of HVAC designs and develop required mechanical drawings.
•Provide support to all purchase activities and evaluate all vendor submittals.
•Inspect all mechanical equipment’s, analyse and ensure adherence to all Project requirements.
•Review 3D models of proposed plant at various stages.
•Review specifications of alternate material suggested by contractor, client and vendors and advice acceptability and commercial variations.
